Day of Event Coordinating-  $400

Before Event Date:

Planning Guide, Personal contact with coordinator, Google folder with Processional form, timeline, vendor list, suggested photo list. Coordinator will contact vendors the week before to confirm their details and share the completed timeline.  Accessible to the bride for the entire week.

Event Responsibilities:

1 hour rehearsal, help with final decor details, dressed and on site 2 hours before the ceremony, help with pinning on boutonnieres, communication btw the family and vendors, line up for the processional, directions/ place for signing of the marriage license, help with group photos, line up bridal party for introductions, serve bride and groom at their table, help with dismissing tables (if needed), making sure that the details after dinner are done and communicated to all needed people.   The coordinator helps get all guests lined up for send off while the couple has a private last dance.

After Reception:

Helping bride/groom, families, vendors, etc to collect their belongings, and inspect the area for anything left behind by guests.

Coffee-  $25 prep-clean up fee  (2 percolator maximum)

This does not include the coffee, sweeteners, creamer, stir sticks, or cups.  All of these must be provided by the couple/ client.

Bar/ Bartenders- RSF has bartenders that can serve beer, wine, seltzers, Champagne.

RSF bartenders are responsible to set up the bar with the alcohol purchased by the couple, serve for the duration of the reception, and pack up leftover alcohol and place it in the merchandise cooler in the prep area.

1 Bartender -  Guest count 125 or less-   $225

2 Bartenders- Guest count over 125-      $325

**** The $25 includes cocktail napkins, wine glasses, flute glasses, and plastic wine cups for after dinner.

Security-  Security is mandatory if serving alcohol; RSF will coordinate security, but it is not included in the rental rate.

Security for RSF is an off-duty police officer.  They come dressed in uniform and are instructed to walk the parking lot, stand in the kitchen, and near the bar area later in the evening.

Rate- starting Jan. 2024-  $45 per hour.  

Security arrives 15 minutes after the ceremony start time and they stay until the guests leave.

This will need to be paid to the officer that night in CASH!
