  • How do I reserve a date?

    To reserve a date, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required. Simple call or email us after checking our available dates .

    Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of booking fee & signed rental agreement.

  • What is your alcohol policy?

    Renters may purchase their own beer & wine, but all alcohol must be served by a Licensed & Insured bartender.

    If renters choose to serve hard liquor, a 3rd party company, such as Liquid Catering, Bearded Bartenders, Southern Liberations must be hired.

    Our full alcohol policy can be found on our booking agreement!

  • When are payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

    All bookings require a $1,000 deposit to book your date.

    A second payment of 50% of balance is due 6 months before event.

    Final payment is due sixty days before event.

    *You’re more than welcome to send smaller incremental payments prior to deadlines above

  • Will there be another wedding the same day?

    No. At RSF, when you book, you have the entire day to yourselves!

  • What is the building capacity?

    Our building capacity is 299 standing, 250 seated.

  • Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

    All of our tours are by appointment only & can be booked here!

  • Is there a food and beverage, or guest count minimum?

    No, there is no food or beverage minimum. We only ask that you follow our policies on alcohol. These can be found in our booking agreement.

  • Do we have to utilize your caterers and bar service?

    You’re more than welcome to use any vendor you want here at RSF! We do have a preferred vendors list as well.

    All vendors must be approved by the venue as we do have a couple on the naughty list.

  • What happens in case of rain?

    Every booking comes with a “Plan B” backup plan that we will go over during your planning session. This typically involves an inside ceremony.

  • Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?

    Dogs are allowed on site! We kindly ask to make their grand entrance be for the reception only until the reception however.

  • What are the rental fees and what is included in the price?

  • Do you have in-house catering, or can we bring our own?

  • Is the Groom's Cabin included in our booking?

    Yes! The groom’s cabin is included in the booking. We also partner with Upstate Gaming and have a streaming/gaming trailer as an add-on feature for the men’s cabin.

  • Are there any restrictions on the use of candles, open flames, or sparklers?

    We kindly ask that all sparklers be outside & all candles be lit by staff only.

  • Is there parking available for guests?

    Yes! Our venue has parking for 108 vehicles, with handicap parking available as well.
